The HVAC Installation Technician is responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories.

Responsibilities:

1. Install heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment, along with accessories, according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.
2. Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and fittings as necessary.
3. Perform limited diagnostics as needed.
4. Maintain a clean work area and protect client floors by laying drop cloths during installations.
5. Conduct walkthroughs before and after installation to identify and address any damages with the customer.
6. Complete installation forms accurately for reporting and future reference.
7. Communicate effectively with customers regarding the scope of work, answer questions, and address concerns.
8. Perform start-ups on heating, cooling systems, and other components.
9. Maintain safe working conditions for the installation crew.
10. Adhere to all company standards of performance and the code of ethics.

Qualifications:

• Experience with solid references is preferred.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
