The HVAC Installation Technician is responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories.

Responsibilities:

• Installs heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment, as well as accessories, in accordance with company standards/requirements and manufacturer specifications.
• Designs, fabricates, and installs various ducts and duct fittings as necessary.
• Performs limited diagnostics, as necessary.
• Maintains a clean work area and safeguards client floors by laying drop cloths while performing installations.
• Performs before and after walk-through of the entire home, identifies any damages, and covers with the customer.
• Completes installation forms which reflect tasks performed for reporting accuracy and future comparison.
• Effectively communicates with customers about the scope of the job, answers any questions, concerns, and problems.
• Performs start-ups on heating, cooling systems, and other components.
• Maintains safe working conditions for the installation crew.
• Abides by ALL One Hour standards of performance and code of ethics.

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience with solid references.
• Must have a valid state driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
