The HVAC Installation Technicians are responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories.

Responsibilities:

1. Install heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment, as well as accessories, following company standards and manufacturer specifications.
2. Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings as necessary.
3. Perform limited diagnostics as needed.
4. Maintain a clean work area and protect client floors by laying drop cloths during installations.
5. Conduct before and after walkthroughs of the home, identify damages, and discuss with the customer.
6. Complete installation forms accurately to reflect tasks performed for reporting and future reference.
7. Communicate effectively with customers about the scope of work, answer questions, and address concerns.
8. Perform start-ups on heating, cooling systems, and other components.
9. Maintain safe working conditions for the installation crew.
10. Adhere to all One Hour standards of performance and the company's code of ethics.

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience with solid references.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
