Travis Crawford HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an HVAC Installation Technician to install residential heating and cooling systems safely and efficiently. You’ll read scopes, prepare materials, and ensure quality workmanship on each project.

You will install ducts, thermostats, controls, and indoor air quality equipment while protecting the customer’s home. EPA certification is preferred, and strong communication with the team is essential for ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Three years of residential HVAC installation experience requested, but not required.
• Experience installing a variety of residential HVAC systems.
• Working knowledge of airflow, electrical, refrigeration, venting, and controls.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a HVAC Installation Technician, you’ll install residential heating and cooling systems safely, efficiently, and to company standards while protecting the customer’s home and supporting the installation team.

• Install split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, package units, mini-splits, and air handlers
• Install ductwork, zoning systems, thermostats, controls, and indoor air quality equipment
• Complete equipment changeouts, start-ups, testing, and commissioning
• Read job scopes and prepare materials, tools, and equipment
• Protect the customer’s home and maintain a clean work area
• Identify installation, code, safety, and performance concerns
• Communicate job progress and changes with customers, teammates, and management
• Complete accurate installation documentation
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and materials organized
• Follow company safety, quality, and refrigerant-handling standards
• Participate in ongoing technical and professional training

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
