Airheads HVAC is hiring a full-time HVAC Installation Team Leader in Copperas Cove, Texas! We're looking for a skilled and motivated leader to oversee HVAC installations, manage apprentices, and ensure top-quality work. We are proud to offer pay of $33-$38 per hour plus bonuses, along with an incremental sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.

As an HVAC Installation Team Leader, you will set the standard for excellence. You will manage an apprentice, ensuring they develop the skills needed for top-quality installation. You will oversee installations daily, ensuring equipment is installed correctly, efficiently, and up to our high standards. You will take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, answering questions, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your responsibilities include reviewing blueprints, making final checks, and maintaining attention to detail to keep jobs running smoothly and meet quality standards.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN HVAC INSTALLATION TEAM LEADER

• EPA 608 certification
• 3+ years of experience
• Valid driver's license

Qualifications include:

• Having the majority of tools needed for HVAC installation
• NATE certification
• Experience with communication equipment
• An understanding of airflow principles
