Robust Repairs in Wichita, KS seeks a lead HVAC installer to manage equipment change-outs, curb adapters, and refrigerant piping for commercial kitchens and chain restaurants.

You will interface with GCs, coordinate lifts, start up systems, and supervise helpers while ensuring safety and quality, with travel across Kansas involved.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Universal certification and brazing proficiency.
• Ability to travel overnight throughout Kansas.
• Strong communication with clients and GC partners.

• Plan and execute RTU swaps including crane picks and curb adjustments.
• Install line sets, condensate management, and controls wiring.
• Start up systems, verify performance, and complete closeout paperwork.
• Direct helpers and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
