Job summary

val's services is seeking a Commercial HVAC Lead Installer to head complex installation projects on commercial sites in North Carolina. You will lead a field crew through rooftop units, split systems, ductwork, and controls, ensuring compliance with plans, codes, and manufacturer specs.

You will also perform piping, brazing, and electrical work, and oversee startup, testing, and commissioning. You will coordinate with project managers and other trades to meet schedule goals, enforce safety

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading commercial HVAC installations.
• Strong ability to read schematics/blueprints and work to code.
• Hands-on piping, brazing, and electrical connections.
• Experience with startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Leadership, communication, and commitment to safety and quality.
