A leading HVAC company in Vista, California is seeking experienced HVAC Installation Technicians to perform installations and retrofits in commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidates will have 3-5+ years of experience and must possess EPA Certification. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $26 - $38 per hour plus bonuses and various benefits including health insurance and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• 3-5+ years experience in HVAC installation.
• Valid Drivers License required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• EPA Certification Universal is mandatory.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds.

Overview

Job Summary: We are looking for some Hungry HVAC Installation Technicians with 3-5+ years experience to join our team! This role consists of Custom Installations and retrofits for systems in Commercial and Residential establishments for T&A commercial remodels for store front, medical, and offices spaces as well as custom homes and retrofits.

Responsibilities

• Installation & Retrofit of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems with high efficiency units, multi zone mini splits, VRFs, Pkg units, custom home retrofits, and new construction.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction and customer engagement
• Perform full installation and start up procedures in a timely manner while performing quality installation practices.
• Keep track of materials and vehicle stock to keep top performance on all jobs
• Work as one team with other team members to keep a great culture in our workspaces
• Have some or good knowledge of basic installation practices, airflow, refrigerant systems, and some trouble shooting knowledge to work together with tech support to complete jobs.

Qualifications

• Past experience as an HVAC Installation technician or comparable education
• Valid Drivers License
• able to pass a background check
• EPA Certification Universal
• Experience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds
