Job summary

Streamline Services INC in Durham, NC is seeking an HVAC installer who takes pride in craftsmanship and customer service. You will install complete HVAC systems to code, on schedule, and represent Streamline well in every home.

You’ll work with the install team, stay organized with dispatch, and wear the company truck as your office on wheels. EPA 608 certification is required, driving record clean, and Service Titan experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of residential HVAC install experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork with excellent customer service.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties.
• EPA 608 certification required; clean driving record; Service Titan experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the Craftsman: Install furnaces, air handlers, condensers, ductwork and full HVAC systems to code and on schedule.
• Master the Flow: Manage your work efficiently, keep records, and communicate with install team and dispatch.

• Be the Craftsman: Install furnaces, air handlers, condensers, ductwork, and full HVAC systems to spec and to code, on schedule and done right.
• Master the Flow: Efficiently manage your work, maintain accurate records, and keep in close communication with your install team and dispatch.
• Keep It Polished: Ensure your company vehicle is clean and stocked—it's your office on wheels!

Requirements

You're a Great Fit If:

• You have 1-3 years of residential HVAC install experience.
• You're an exceptional communicator with top-notch customer service and teamwork skills.
• You can lift up to 50 lbs and handle the physical demands of the job (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, various environments).
• You have a clean driving record and are ready to jump into our systems (Service Titan experience is a plus!).
• EPA 608 certification required.
