Job summary

Lex Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical in Dallas is seeking experienced HVAC install technicians to join our field team. You will install residential and commercial systems, work with advanced tools, and ensure optimal performance with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, a valid HVAC license and driver's license, and a high school diploma or GED with HVAC training.

We are looking for experienced HVAC Install Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work with advanced tools and ensure all systems are installed correctly and efficiently, delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems: Execute the full range of HVAC installation services, ensuring systems function optimally.
• Follow installation guidelines: Adhere to all manufacturer and company guidelines for system installation.
• Perform quality checks: Ensure all installed systems meet company and industry standards.
• Customer interaction: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Pay Range

$60,000 - $90,000 USD
