Job summary

Lex Air Conditioning and Heating is seeking an experienced HVAC Warranty Technician to install and service systems in residential and commercial properties, primarily in the Plano, TX area. You will work with advanced tools to ensure proper installation and optimal performance, delivering exceptional service to clients.

The role requires at least 3 years of HVAC experience, a valid HVAC license, and a valid driver's license.

We are looking for experienced HVAC Warranty Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work with advanced tools and ensure all systems are installed correctly and efficiently, delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Warranty Work on HVAC systems: Execute the full range of HVAC installation services, ensuring systems function optimally.
• Follow installation guidelines: Adhere to all manufacturer and company guidelines for system installation.
• Perform quality checks: Ensure all installed systems meet company and industry standards.
• Customer interaction: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Safety and compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations and parts used.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; completion of a relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Licenses: Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Work Environment

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Pay Range: $60,000 USD - $80,000 USD
