Job summary

Lex Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking experienced HVAC Install Technicians to join our field team. You will install residential and commercial systems, follow manufacturer guidelines, and ensure installations meet our standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED plus HVAC training or apprenticeship, at least 3 years of experience, a valid HVAC license and driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience.
• Valid HVAC technician license and driver's license required.
• Strong technical knowledge, problem solving, attention to detail and good communication.

Job description

We are looking for experienced HVAC Install Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work with advanced tools and ensure all systems are installed correctly and efficiently, delivering exceptional service to our clients.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity.

Work Environment

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Pay Range: $60,000 USD - $90,000 USD
