Aire Serv of the Sioux Empire is seeking an Install Coordinator to manage the entire installation process from sale through warranty registration. You will ensure the right people, permits, and approvals come together to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sales and installation teams, scheduling, permitting, and keeping thorough project records. This role emphasizes organization, communication, and cross-team collaboration within a dynamic HVAC

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication abilities with both customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (ServiceTitan experience a plus).
• Ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple responsibilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; business administration or customer service background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Customer Coordination: Set up and follow up on sales leads from customers and Home Comfort Designers.
• Support the sales team by organizing appointments and tracking customer follow-ups.
• Scheduling and Project Management: Oversee and maintain the daily schedule for Home Comfort Designers.
• Book all sold installations promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate between sales, installation teams, and customers to ensure seamless transitions.
• Permitting and Compliance: Pull necessary permits from city offices for all scheduled installations.
• Track, finalize, and close out permits after project completion.
• Warranty and Equipment Registration: Register installed equipment and warranties accurately with manufacturers.
• Maintain documentation and system records to ensure all installs are properly registered and compliant.
