Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; business administration or customer service background preferred.
• Strong communication abilities with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation process from sale to final warranty registration.
• Coordinate between sales, installation teams and customers to ensure seamless transitions.
• Pull permits and ensure compliance for scheduled installations.
• Register installed equipment and warranties with manufacturers and maintain documentation.
