Job summary

ProSkill Services is seeking an HVAC Install Manager to lead daily installation operations across residential projects in Peoria, IL. You will supervise install teams, ensure safety and quality standards, and deliver projects on time and on budget while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC installation experience with 2+ years in leadership.
• EPA Certification and NATE Installation Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC technicians to achieve service excellence.
• Provide ongoing technical training and coaching.
• Monitor field performance and drive profitability.
• Schedule daily installations and allocate crew assignments.
• Ensure installations meet codes and manufacturer specs.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and warehouse teams.
• Maintain installation documentation and safety compliance.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce PPE usage.
