Job summary
Scott Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an HVAC Install Manager to lead our installation team, drive efficiency, and ensure safety and quality on every project. You will oversee residential and commercial installations, coach technicians, and coordinate with service, dispatch, and warehouse teams to meet customer expectations.
This role offers competitive compensation with a $70,000–$80,000 yearly base plus potential monthly bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits, 401k
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience with diagnostic troubleshooting and repair.
- Ability to train others.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Background check required.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and perform quality and safety inspections on new installations.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and development to installation technicians.
- Coordinate with service, dispatch, warehouse and other departments to ensure timely service.
- Resolve escalated customer disputes and provide daily feedback to Operations Manager.
- Plan, forecast, and coordinate installations; set clear goals for technicians.
- Foster a positive culture aligned with company values.
- Emphasize safety topics in coaching, meetings, and training.
