Job summary

Scott Brothers Heating & Air is seeking a driven HVAC Install Manager to lead our installation team and drive operational excellence. You will oversee residential and commercial installations, manage skilled installers, ensure safety and quality workmanship, and elevate customer satisfaction on every project.

This role offers a salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year with monthly bonus potential, plus comprehensive benefits, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for growth through ongoing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience including diagnostic troubleshooting
• Ability to train others
• Valid driver1s license with clean record
• Background check clear

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and perform quality and safety inspections on new installations.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and development to installation technicians.
• Coordinate with service, dispatch, warehouse and other departments to ensure timely service to customers.
• Resolve escalated customer disputes and provide daily feedback to Operations Manager.
• Plan, forecast, and coordinate installations; communicate goals to technicians.
• Foster a positive culture aligned with company values.
• Incorporate safety topics into coaching and training; monitor technician callbacks.

As the HVAC Install Manager, you'll oversee all residential and/or commercial HVAC installation operations, manage and develop a team of skilled installers, ensure quality workmanship, maintain safety and efficiency standards, and help drive customer satisfaction at every stage of the project.

Compensation:

• $70,000 - $80,000/yr + monthly bonus potential

What YOU Will Do:

• The HVAC Installation Manager facilitates and performs quality and safety inspections on new Installations. Troubleshoot, and resolve installation and start-up issues.
• Provide consistent and accurate feedback, encouragement, support, professional development, and coaching to Installation Technicians.
• The HVAC Installation Manager will partner with service, dispatch, warehouse, and other necessary departments to ensure timely and accurate service to customers in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Follow up and resolve escalated customer disputes/complaints, ensuring an effective and long-term resolution and provide daily feedback to HVAC Operations Manager.
• Plan, forecast, and coordinate Installations. Communicate clear goals and expectations to Installation Technicians.
• Help instill a fun and nurturing culture with Integrity Home SolutionCore Values.
• Ensure that safety topics are incorporated into one-to-one coaching conversations, weekly meetings, and training sessions. Monitor and act on trends involving Installation Technician callbacks and service opportunities.

What We Need From YOU:

• At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience with diagnostic troubleshooting and repair service, including air conditioning & heating systems.
• Must have the ability to train others.
• Must have valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
• Acceptable criminal background check
• A valid driver's license (because we're on the move!)
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required
