You will manage installers, coordinate with service, dispatch, and warehouse, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and training, with a compensation range of $70,000–$80,000 per year plus monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation with diagnostic troubleshooting and repair.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installations and ensure quality/safety inspections.
• Train and coach Installation Technicians.
• Coordinate with service, dispatch, warehouse and other departments.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and provide feedback to Operations Manager.
• Plan, forecast, and coordinate installations; set clear goals for technicians.
• Promote a constructive culture aligned with company values.
• Incorporate safety topics into coaching and training sessions.
