Job summary

Scott Brothers Heating & Air is seeking a results-driven HVAC Install Manager to lead our installation team, oversee residential and commercial installations, ensure safety and quality, and drive customer satisfaction. The role requires at least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience with diagnostic troubleshooting and repair, strong leadership, and the ability to train others.

ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience with diagnostic troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to train others and develop a high-performing team.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and perform quality and safety inspections on new installations.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and development to Installation Technicians.
• Coordinate with service, dispatch, warehouse and other departments to ensure timely service.
• Follow up on escalated customer disputes and provide daily feedback to leadership.
• Plan, forecast, and coordinate installations; communicate goals to technicians.
• Foster a culture of integrity and safety in training and meetings.
