You will coach technicians, drive operational excellence, and develop talent while upholding quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and mentoring staff, setting performance expectations, and ensuring safety and service standards across all installations.

Position Summary

The HVAC Installation Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of installation technicians and apprentices while ensuring exceptional workmanship, customer satisfaction, and operational performance. This role requires a strong leader who can build high-performing teams, hold employees accountable, and maintain the quality standards that have made F.H. Furr an industry leader.
