F.H. Furr, a leading HVAC contractor in Maryland, is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join their team. The role focuses on installing residential HVAC systems with precision and pride, working with a skilled crew to deliver flawless results.

You'll measure and assemble ductwork, connect systems to existing infrastructure, test performance, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining safety and professionalism on every job. Compensation targets $75k-$100k+ with benefits.

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation best practices.
• Proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Valid driver's license
