F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical seeks an experienced Residential HVAC Installation Manager to lead our installation team and drive operational excellence in the Northern Virginia area.

The role focuses on developing talent and ensuring quality workmanship across residential projects. You will coach technicians and apprentices, partner with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent, and maintain high standards of safety and customer service while controlling operations

• 5+ years of leadership experience within residential HVAC.
• Strong residential HVAC installation background.

Position Summary

The HVAC Installation Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of installation technicians and apprentices while ensuring exceptional workmanship, customer satisfaction, and operational performance. This role requires a strong leader who can build high-performing teams, hold employees accountable, and maintain the quality standards that have made F.H. Furr an industry leader.
