Job summary

F.H. Furr, a regional leader in residential HVAC, is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to oversee installations with pride and craftsmanship. The role reports to our Frederick, MD office and collaborates with a skilled team to deliver flawless results.

You will measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and wiring, connect systems to existing infrastructure, and test performance while educating homeowners and ensuring safety on every job.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation best practices.
• Valid driver's license (21+).

• Install residential HVAC systems with precision, craftsmanship, and pride.
• Work closely with a skilled team to deliver flawless installations.
• Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork, piping, and electrical components.
