Carolina HVAC and Electrical in South Carolina is seeking an HVAC Install Manager to lead our install teams, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This full-time leadership role focuses on planning, scheduling, safety, training crews, and driving on-time, on-budget installations across residential and commercial projects. Strong communication and people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience with leadership or management background.
• Strong organizational and people skills.
• Confidence running multiple crews and projects.
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented.
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect jobs during installation to ensure top-notch quality.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee residential, commercial, and new construction installs.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower so crews aren’t waiting around.
• Lead multiple install crews and set clear expectations.
• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and recognition.
• Ensure crews align with company standards and core values.
• Manage time-off efficiently so schedules stay intact.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain proactive, professional communication throughout the install.
• Resolve concerns quickly and professionally and confirm completed work meets expectations.

• Inspect jobs during and after installation to ensure top-notch quality
• Set the bar for workmanship, safety, and company standards

Run the Jobsite Like a Pro

You’ll:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee residential, commercial, and new construction installs
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower so crews aren’t waiting around
• Keep SKUs streamlined while maintaining quality
• Monitor progress daily and pivot when needed
• Manage large and multi-phase projects from walkthrough to final completion

Build, Lead & Motivate Crews

Create Happy Customers

• Ensure customers receive a 15–30 minute arrival call before every job
• Maintain proactive, professional communication throughout the install
• Step in to resolve concerns quickly and professionally
• Confirm completed work meets customer expectations and agreements
