Job summary

Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Technician to support excellent customer relations by ensuring high-quality HVAC installations are completed as scheduled, at competitive prices, and in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.

The role requires EPA/NATE certifications where applicable, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to our CARE values. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required or equivalent.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• NATE certification preferred.
• HVAC certification or diploma preferred.
• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC replacements to code.
• Solder and perform electrical work related to HVAC projects.
• Conduct thorough and accurate HVAC inspections and communicate findings to the client.
• Perform calculations for HVAC work and invoicing.
• Adhere to all state HVAC codes.

Education

EPA Certified

High School diploma or GED

NATE Certification preferred

HVAC certification or Diploma preferred

Clean driving record

Valid driver’s license

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to perform all HVAC replacements to code
• Ability to solder and perform necessary electrical work associated with the HVAC project
• Must be capable of performing a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection and communicating findings to the client.
• Ability to perform calculations necessary for HVAC work as well as calculations necessary for invoicing purposes
• Must know and adhere to all state HVAC code.

Education/Certification Requirements

• EPA Certified.
• A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• HVAC certification or Diploma preferred.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
• $25 - $32 an hour
