Job summary

Hobaica Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Lead to join our Mesa-area team. You will be responsible for installing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties, using advanced tools and ensuring correct, efficient installation for exceptional client service.

Key duties include executing full install services, following guidelines, performing quality checks, maintaining documentation, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; completion of an HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities
