Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an HVAC Install Lead to spearhead residential installation projects from start to finish. You will oversee crews, ensure high-quality workmanship, and deliver a positive customer experience while meeting company goals.

Responsibilities include installing complete systems, reading blueprints, coordinating materials, training helpers, and maintaining safety standards. Strong leadership and EPA certification are required.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops.

• Install complete HVAC systems including furnaces, A/C, heat pumps, ducts.
• Ensure installations meet specs, local codes, and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job layouts, and system designs.
• Coordinate job site logistics, materials, and tools.
• Train, mentor, and support install helpers and junior technicians.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer basic system questions.
• Complete job documentation, photos, and paperwork accurately.
• Perform system start-ups, testing, and commissioning.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Identify potential issues and proactively recommend solutions.
• Work closely with dispatch, sales, and management teams.

• Read and interpret blueprints, job layouts, and system designs
• Coordinate job site logistics, materials, and tools
• Train, mentor, and support install helpers and junior technicians

Qualifications

• Ability to read wiring diagrams and installation manuals
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops

Certifications (Not Required)

• Local or state HVAC license

Work Schedule

• Full-time - Start 7:30AM to TBD
• Monday-Friday with occasional overtime as needed
