AccuAir Heating & Cooling in Redmond, OR is hiring an HVAC Install Helper. Earn $20.00–$25.00 per hour with full benefits, no HVAC experience required—we will train you. This is a hands-on, entry-level role with growth opportunities and company-supported training.

You'll assist experienced installers on residential and light commercial projects, learn ductwork and equipment handling, and grow your mechanical skills daily while staying safe and organized on job sites.

What You'll Earn

• $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week (Some overtime as needed)
