Job summary

AccuAir Heating & Cooling in Central Oregon is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to guide installation crews on residential and light commercial projects. You will install systems to top standards while mentoring teammates and ensuring quality and efficiency.

The role requires EPA Certification Levels 1 & 2, ductwork expertise, and a track record of reliable performance. A company vehicle and benefits are provided, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification Level 1 & 2 is required.
• Experience installing round and rectangular ductwork.
• Ability to measure ductwork and install accessories.
• Solid understanding of sheet metal fittings.
• Experience brazing and testing line sets.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC installation crews on residential and light commercial projects.
• Install heating and air conditioning systems to high company standards.
• Mentor and train other installers while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, team members, and other trades.
• Complete all necessary paperwork, change orders, and follow-through on jobs.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and with pride.

Are you an experienced HVAC Installer who is ready to step into a leadership role where your skills are respected, your pay reflects your expertise, and you get to mentor and guide others?

AccuAir Heating & Cooling is a locally owned company in Central Oregon looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who is focused, reliable, and ready to take ownership of quality installations while training and supervising other team members.

What You'll Earn

• $40.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Overtime as needed)

What You'll Do

What You Need

• Valid EPA Certification (Level 1 & 2)


• Strong experience installing round and rectangular ductwork


• Ability to measure ductwork and install all equipment accessories


• Basic understanding of complex sheet metal fittings


• Experience brazing and testing line sets


• Ability to complete simple low voltage connections


• Strong communication skills with customers and team members


• Valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record


• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
