Job summary

AccuAir Heating & Cooling in Central Oregon is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join a locally owned team. You will learn the trade, perform routine maintenance on residential and commercial systems, and deliver friendly, professional service while building a long-term career.

No prior HVAC experience is required—we will train the right person. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with possible overtime and a company vehicle after onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Ability to safely use power and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems.
• Complete filter changes and basic service tasks.
• Learn refrigeration, electrical, and troubleshooting skills alongside experienced technicians.
• Deliver friendly, professional service to every customer.
• Keep job sites clean and organized.

AccuAir Heating & Cooling is hiring a HVAC Maintenance Technician who wants to learn the trade, grow with a locally owned company, and build a long-term career while delivering excellent customer service.

What You’ll Earn

• Up to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Paid Sick Leave (earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to 40 hours)
• Company vehicle, phone, and uniforms provided
• Ongoing training and support as you develop your skills

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Some occasional overtime as needed)

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance on residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems

• Work alongside experienced technicians to learn refrigeration, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
