AccuAir Heating & Cooling in Bend, OR is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to service residential and light commercial systems. You will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs with a team that values craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $35–$45, full benefits, a company vehicle, iPad and uniforms, plus ongoing training and development. Schedule is Monday to Friday with on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• Level 3 skill set or higher is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean, insurable driving record.
• EPA Certification is required.
• NATE Core Certification is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills are essential.
• Willingness to invest in your tools and continued training.
• Ability to safely work from ladders and operate power/hand tools.

AccuAir Heating & Cooling is hiring a skilled Service Technician who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences while working with a professional, supportive team.

What You’ll Earn

• $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on experience
