Job summary

Barker's Cooling, Heating & Plumbing in College Station, TX is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our HVAC Service team. You will train hands-on with the best installers and support residential and light commercial installations.

We offer comprehensive benefits, growth opportunities, and a clear path to becoming an HVAC Technician. Compensation includes $14.00–$16.00 per hour plus potential commissions, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with the best installers in the industry.
• Receive hands-on training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation.
• Assist with parts, tools, delivery and installation at job sites.
• Operate hand and power tools and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Assist to install HVAC equipment per safety rules, company standards and manufacturer specs.

What You Will Do

• Work side-by-side the BEST installers in the industry!
• Receive hands-on-training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation

• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Assist to install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
