Job summary

Air Tech of Houston in League City, Texas is seeking self-motivated HVAC Installers to join their growing installation team. Candidates should have experience installing HVAC equipment and be willing to engage in ongoing training. With no salary cap, many technicians earn over $100k/year.

Full-time position requires 3-5 years of HVAC installation experience and relevant certifications. We offer comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental insurance, along with a matching 401(k).

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to comply with safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements and company standards.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing client questions and concerns.
• Properly document all calls/jobs as per company requirements.

What you will do

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
• Properly connect equipment
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Who you are

• 3-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
