Barker's Heating & Cooling is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in College Station, TX. The role offers hourly pay plus commission and opportunities for ongoing training and advancement.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HVAC service experience, EPA Type II certification, and a valid driver’s license. Our family-owned company emphasizes growth, safety, and employee well-being with full benefits and a strong track record of earnings.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA Type II Certification preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction.
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs.
