Job summary

Barker Heating & Cooling is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Installer to join our installation team in College Station, TX. You will install HVAC equipment per safety and manufacturer specifications, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

We offer competitive pay between $65,000 and $85,000 yearly, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years HVAC installation experience preferred.
• EPA Type II Certification preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
• Properly connect equipment
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements

What YOU Will Bring

• 3-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred

• Valid drivers' license
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Ability to work outdoors
