Johnson Controls is seeking a Branch Delivery Manager in Connecticut to lead Controls, Equipment and Mechanical Installation teams. You will forecast revenue, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety and ethics standards while building strong relationships with customers and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in construction-related fields and 7+ years of senior project leadership experience, with strong communication and travel flexibility for regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of seven or more years of progressively more responsible project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages Branch delivery teams including Controls, Equipment and Mechanical Installation.
• Drives forecasting, billing, collection and resource planning for projects.
• Ensures safety standards and ethics in all installations.
• Develops relationships with contractors, customers and subcontractors in the community.
• Schedules installation projects and manages backlog and ship dates.
• Supports annual strategic and financial operating planning.
