Job summary

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning & Plumbing seeks an Entry-Level Apprentice Installer to support our HVAC Lead Installers with furnaces, A/C, boilers, sheet metal and duct work. This hands-on role begins with structured training and clear growth potential.

Location: Bedford. The program provides tiered pay, tuition reimbursement, health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and opportunities to advance in skilled installations.

Qualifications

• Acceptable driving record preferred.
• EPA certification (Type I, II, or Universal) is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations of HVAC equipment (furnaces, air conditioners, etc.).
• Assist the Lead Installer.
• Perform basic repairs.
• Willingness to learn in the Four Seasons training facility.
• Other job duties as assigned.
