Job summary

Yeti Heating and Cooling is seeking an entry-level HVAC Install Helper to assist with residential and light commercial installations. You will support lead installers, help with equipment positioning, ductwork, and connections while adhering to safety standards and delivering a positive customer experience.

This role offers hands-on training and growth opportunities into advanced installation and service positions, with a 90-day probationary period and competitive overtime pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn HVAC.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist installation of HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
• Help set and position equipment, run ductwork and lines under supervision.
• Carry and organize tools, materials on job sites and protect customer property.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain clean, organized work areas.
