We Care Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking an HVAC Install Apprentice to support retrofit replacements of furnaces and air conditioners. You’ll work in crews, perform safety and performance tests, check for CO and gas leaks, and communicate clearly with homeowners about the work and status.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check.
• Pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist retrofit replacements of furnaces and A/C units.
• Conduct safety and performance tests on installed systems.
• Check for CO and natural gas leaks and report findings.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about work progress and status.
• Collect payments and maintain truck inventory as needed.
