Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning & Plumbing is hiring an Entry‑Level Apprentice Installer in Hobart, IN. You will support Lead Installers with furnace, A/C, boiler, sheet metal and duct work while undergoing a structured training program.

Qualifications

• Acceptable driving record preferred.
• Any EPA certification (Type I/II/Universal) is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and support lead installer.
• Must be available for long hours, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment (furnaces, A/C, etc.).
• Assist the Lead Installer on job sites.
• Perform basic repairs as needed.
• Learn and grow through Four Seasons training facility.
• Other duties as assigned.
