Job summary

Adam Home Services in Havertown, PA is hiring an Install Apprentice to support HVAC installation projects on-site. You will assist with equipment installation, duct fabrication, materials handling, and paperwork, while delivering professional customer service and maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in HVAC, a valid driver’s license, EPA certification, and own tools. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1 -3 years of HVAC installation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid, clean driver’s License.
• EPA certification.
• Must have own hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Help design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings as required.
• Help verify, receive, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job.
• Demonstrates and establishes effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors.
• Properly completes all the paperwork required for each job.
• Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
• Maintains high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.
• Represents the company in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.
• Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand, bend, stoop, reach and travel to locations.
