Redmond's Complete Comfort in Lock Haven, PA, is hiring an HVAC Installer to join our family-owned team. Expect a 4/10 shift, Monday through Thursday with overtime on Fridays, and a pay rate of $18–$25 per hour based on experience.

You will install furnaces, AC units, boilers, heat pumps, and ductwork, delivering high-quality service and guidance to customers. We value in-house training, safety, and a team culture that supports professional growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year HVAC installation experience or equivalent training required.
• EPA Universal Certification required or able to obtain on hire.
• NATE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Residential retrofit/changeout installation with some light commercial work.
• Install furnaces, ACs, boilers, heat pumps, geothermal systems, ductless units and RTUs.
• Run new or retrofit ducts and assist customers with questions to ensure quality experience.

HVAC Install | $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Schedule: 4 /10 shift. Monday to Thursday; with overtime on Fridays

Job Duties:

• Residential Retrofit/changeout installation with some light commercial
• Installing furnace, AC, boilers, heat pumps, GEOTHERMAL, ductless and RTU's, duct work and accessories to company standards
• New duct work and retro duct work as needed
• Answering customers questions and providing a high-quality experience

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of HVAC experience or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on training
• EPA Universal Certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
• NATE certification highly preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. overhead with assistance
• Comfortable working on ladders and in attics or crawl spaces
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• HVAC technical school certificate or equivalent training preferred
• Previous lead or team leadership experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
