Job summary

Loren's Heating & Air in Salem, OR is seeking an HVAC Installer to handle residential and light commercial installations using the latest technology and indoor air quality products.

This Carrier factory-authorized dealer offers company-paid and dealer training for growth, great benefits, vehicle and equipment, and seasonal 4-10 work patterns with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years field installation experience.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Proficient in HVAC design and ductwork installation.
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and provide solutions.
• Follow blueprints and technical instructions.
• Willingness to attend training classes, including NATE certifications.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Residential and light commercial HVAC installations.
• Work with and learn from a journeyman.
• Install gas pipe, refrigeration pipe, furnaces, heat pumps, geothermal, radiant heat.
• Troubleshoot installations.
• Provide excellent customer service.

HVAC Installer

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour, Depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with 4/10's available seasonally | Overtime available

What you will be doing:

• Residential and light commercial HVAC installations
• Working with and learning form a journeyman
• Installing:
  • Gas Pipe
  • Refrigeration Pipe
  • Gas and electric furnaces
  • Heat Pumps
  • Geothermal
  • Radiant Heat
• Troubleshooting installations
• Customer service

Qualifications:

• Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company
• Ability to follow blueprints and understand technical instructions
• Willingness to attended training classes and seminar including NATE Certifications
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in HVAC from a Trade School desired

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
