Job summary

Townsend Energy in Manchester, NH is hiring a Residential HVAC Install leader to install oil, propane, natural gas, and air systems for homes and light commercial spaces. You will supervise installers, read wiring diagrams, and ensure quality installations.

Requirements include 4+ years of residential HVAC installation, EPA Universal Certification, and a valid driver's license. Experience with radiant heat and various heating/cooling systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• HVAC technical school credential is preferred.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and manuals.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation jobs for residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Install oil, propane, natural gas, and air HVAC systems and duct work.
• Work with furnaces, AC, heat pumps, and ductless systems.
• Supervise installers and interpret wiring diagrams.
• Consult with customers and answer questions.

Residential HVAC Install | $35.00 to $45.00 + per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm | Monday through Friday

Location: Manchester, Newburyport, Somersworth, NH

Job Duties:

• Leading installation jobs for residential and light commercial HVAC Systems
• Installing oil, propane, natural gas, and air HVAC systems and duct work
• Furnace, AC, Heat pumps, mini splits etc.
• Boilers and radiant heat
• Consult with customers and answer their questions
• Supervise the work of installers
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and manuals

Qualifications:

• 4 + years of residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• 2 + years of Job lead/supervisor experience - Desired
• Radiant heat experience
• Proficient experience with refrigerant, gas, oil, propane, and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and ductless systems
• Experience in all HVAC low-voltage systems
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Certificate from an HVAC Technical School -Desired
• Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
• High school diploma or its equivalent
