EMCOR Services Mesa Energy in Kent, WA is seeking an Inside Sales Support to assist the Local Branch, Service and Sales Teams. You will help with site visits, bid proposals, renewal processes, and administrative tasks to support customer satisfaction and project delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, 2+ years in customer service, and strong MS Office skills. HVAC experience is a plus and a proactive, organized team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering is required.
• Strong customer presentation skills and a demonstrated sales aptitude.
• Strong computer skills using MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Local Branch, Service and Sales Teams.
• Assist sales with bid proposals for new and existing customers.
• Complete project delivery binders and support contract renewals.
• Perform administrative tasks related to customer support and other tasks as assigned by Sales Management.
• Attend maintenance contract renewal meetings and participate in sales trainings.
