Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. seeks an Inside Sales Support to back the Local Branch, Service and Sales Teams. You will work with CSRs and field personnel, gathering information during site visits and preparing bid proposals for customers. You’ll help complete project binders and support contract renewals.

The role emphasizes customer service, communication with vendors, and assisting management with administrative tasks and sales meetings. Onboarding includes field shadowing and product training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and sales aptitude.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Reliable, self-driven, organized, articulate, goal oriented.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management.
• Ability to adapt to different customer personalities.

Responsibilities

• Develop or complete written scopes of work for maintenance or service.
• Attend maintenance contract renewal meetings.
• Assist with bid temps and proposals for maintenance contracts.
• Coordinate with sales account managers on renewals.
• Conduct site visits to gather information for proposals.
• Gather vendor cost data for quoted maintenance work.
• Prepare booking packages for quoted work.
• Participate in sales meetings and train on new PM services.
• Identify new maintenance opportunities and build rapport with customers.
• Report findings and outcomes to leadership.
