Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Support to assist the Local Branch, Service and Sales Teams. You will conduct on-site visits to gather information and help prepare bid proposals, renew contracts, and maintain positive customer relationships.

In this role you will onboard with field personnel, shadow senior staff, attend sales meetings, and identify new maintenance opportunities while delivering clear communication to the CSR and management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering is required.
• 2+ years' experience in customer service.
• Experience in HVAC is preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and sales aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop and complete scopes of work related to maintenance or service.
• Attend maintenance contract renewal meetings.
• Support preparation of bid temps and proposals related to maintenance contracts.
• Communicate with sales account managers regarding renewals being addressed.
• Complete site visits to gather information required to better serve our customers.
• Interact with departments within Mesa as needed to complete assigned tasks.
• Prepare booking packages for work quoted and sold by CSR or as requested by management.
• Attend maintenance and sales training and participate in meetings.
• Prospect and identify available new maintenance opportunities.
