Trane Technologies plc is seeking an LCUR inside Sales Specialist to advise customers on Light Commercial Unitary Replacements. You will use product knowledge to deliver an excellent customer experience, manage pricing and proposals, and collaborate with Account Managers to grow key accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers.
• Experience in inside sales and collaboration with Account Managers.
• Knowledge of pricing, proposals, and vendor processes.
• Ability to manage data in Salesforce.
• Practical experience valued; degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as inside sales liaison between customers and the Commercial Sales Office.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers and assist Account Managers.
• Increase sales by coordinating with Systems, Service, Contracting and Parts teams.
• Assist with customer problems, pricing and proposals.
• Ensure project submittal packages and turnover are completed.
• Maintain records and customer data in Salesforce.
• Attend sales meetings and report activity and progress.
