Job summary

HELP Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to act as the bridge between customers and the sales team. You will manage inbound and outbound interactions, schedule appointments, and support the sales process to drive customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes coordination, follow-up, and collaboration with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to execution and to provide valuable feedback to marketing for lead quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree in business or marketing is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support or coordination, ideally in HVAC or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (Service Titan experience is a bonus!).
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with our sales team to manage and qualify leads, keeping the pipeline full and flowing.
• Schedule appointments with precision, ensuring our sales reps have the best possible routes and timing for success.
• Coordinating each salesperson's schedule, making sure their pipeline is full and their time is being utilized to its maximum potential.
• Reconnect with potential customers through outbound calls, reigniting their interest in our HVAC services.
• Follow up after installations to ensure complete satisfaction, address any concerns, and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, answering their questions and guiding them through the sales process.
• Keep communication lines open and clear, ensuring customers feel supported every step of the way.
• Work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to execution.
• Share valuable insights with our marketing team to enhance lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Continuously seek out ways to improve our processes, contributing to a more efficient and effective sales operation.
