Mobile Air is hiring an Inside Sales Representative – HVAC to drive revenue through exceptional customer service and proactive sales. You will collaborate with regional teams to rent and sell temporary cooling, heating, and power solutions, including chillers, generators, and distribution systems.

The role focuses on developing rental accounts, sizing equipment, delivering quotes, and supporting invoicing. A bachelor’s degree and strong communication are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Understanding of key account management principles.
• HVAC systems/generator knowledge desirable.

Aufgaben

• Support sales team in developing new rental accounts.
• Communicate our full range of turnkey services to customers.
• Provide accurate equipment sizing, quotes, and credit assistance.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and offer additional products.
• Coordinate new services and ensure customer needs are met.
• Assist National Accounts with order processing and invoicing.
• Follow up on invoices and payment status with operations.
• Support regional management with special projects as needed.
